I conduct an initial analysis of your site type (E-commerce, Portfolio, or Automation System), target audience, and required functionalities (such as payment gateways or API integrations). The goal is to determine the project's technical and strategic feasibility.

Step 2
Strategic Technical Consultation

We schedule a discovery call (Zoom/Meet) to dive deep into the fine details that paperwork can’t cover. We discuss the User Experience (UX) flow, page architecture, and custom functionalities. This session ensures total alignment on your vision to prevent any future misunderstandings.

Step 3
Formal Proposal

I provide a comprehensive technical and financial proposal characterized by absolute transparency. The proposal includes a detailed roadmap with milestones, a list of programmed features, and estimated costs for hosting and domain services. Production officially begins once the proposal is signed and a 50% down payment is secured.

Step 4
Development & Build

This is where your requirements are transformed into clean code and interactive designs. I work in a private development environment to ensure your current site remains unaffected. When the project reaches the 80% mark (Beta version), I provide you with a private staging link for live review to experience the progress firsthand.

Step 5
Review & Refinement

This phase is dedicated to final polishes based on your experience with the Beta version. I collect your feedback regarding colors, typography, or the behavior of specific functions. I then implement these refinements to ensure the final product exceeds your expectations before the official launch.

Step 6
Official Launch

The moment your project goes live under your official brand identity. After the remaining 50% balance is settled, I migrate the site from the development server to your live hosting, link the official domain, activate SSL certificates, and configure professional SMTP email settings.

Step 7
Testing & Training

We dedicate 3 to 7 days to testing the site in a live environment to ensure peak performance and form responsiveness. This is followed by a training session (recorded if preferred) where I show you how to manage content and navigate the dashboard with ease.

Step 8
Complimentary Technical Support

I stay with you until your site is fully stabilized. I provide full technical support for one month free of charge starting from the launch date. This includes resolving any unexpected technical glitches or answering questions regarding the newly developed features.

Step 9
Annual Maintenance & Continuity Contracts

Because sustainability is the secret to digital success, I offer long-term maintenance options. After the complimentary month ends, you can opt for an Annual Maintenance Contract. These plans include regular security updates, external backups, uptime monitoring, and minor monthly adjustments, giving you peace of mind while I handle the technicalities.
